Alexandra has worked as a dynamic advocate for disabled individuals for over a decade. With a diverse background in law, communications, and operations, and as a disabled person herself, Alexandra leverages her unique perspective to empower disabled entrepreneurs to create successful, sustainable businesses, grow their communities, and shift their limiting beliefs.
Santiago is a two-time founder with extensive experience in building and scaling startups. He is passionate about operational excellence, innovation, and community development. In his previous ventures, he led strategic growth and stakeholder engagement. Santiago is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and fostering inclusive ecosystems.
Disabled and proud, Diego seeks to navigate the relationship between disability advocacy, entrepreneurism, and sustainable impact. Since founding 2Gether-International in 2012 Diego has collaborated with multinational organizations, been recognized internationally for his work with the disability community, and attended global summits to advocate for entrepreneurs with disabilities.

(November 22, 2024) – Coinciding with National Apprenticeship Week (Nov. 17-23, 2024), 2Gether-International (2GI), a leading 501c3 non-profit and startup accelerator run by and for entrepreneurs with disabilities, today announced support from Google.org, the company’s philanthropy, to launch a first-of-its-kind apprenticeship program tailored for startup executives with disabilities. Google.org has granted $1 Million USD to power this initiative.
