About this program

The SaaS Growth Masterclass is designed to help SaaS founders scale their businesses through data-driven approaches to sales, marketing, and fundraising. Over four intensive weeks, founders will dive into key growth strategies, including defining an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), optimizing sales pipelines, experimenting with marketing channels, and analyzing critical Go-to-Market (GTM) metrics. Each session is structured around hands-on exercises, expert-led discussions, and practical tools to enhance decision-making and performance in key business areas. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with actionable insights and frameworks to accelerate their SaaS growth.

What can selected startups expect?

Selected startups can expect a comprehensive and interactive experience, guided by industry experts. Through weekly workshops and exercises, founders will:

  • Define and refine their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Buyer Personas.
  • Map, analyze, and optimize their sales pipelines for improved conversion rates.
  • Plan and run marketing experiments to identify the most effective channels for growth.
  • Develop a data-driven Go-to-Market strategy and set realistic fundraising benchmarks.Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in peer-to-peer learning and receive personalized feedback to address their specific challenges.
