Yes. Venture Labs is a self-paced program with a final deadline, as well as scheduled in-person workshops and office hours. This means you can complete certain parts of the course whenever you like. However, you must finish them before a specific deadline. Founders are required to attend 75% of the scheduled in-person events, as well as complete all coursework and assignments in order to receive the certificate of completion.
